We only collect data for legitimate reasons related to our business and and as required by Portuguese law. We won’t sell your data to anyone. We’ve outlined in this policy the data that we collect and why. What data do we collect?

Whatever we collect, we keep this to a minimum and only ask you to provide data that is relevant. We are as transparent as possible about how we collect, use and store data. Portuguese law requires that anyone travelling to the country complete an SEF application which details the name of each guest along with identifiable data such as date of birth and passport number.

This data is then passed onto our agent in Portugal where it is passed onto the authorities.

Once your visit is complete the data is permanently deleted from our records.
